Return Policy

To request a return, please visit the Returns Center or call customer service.

Our Return Policy: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of the order shipment date for a refund . Returns of no fault of ours will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Restocking fees help us to recover costs associated with returns, such as reboxing/repackaging, free or reduced shipping you may have received, labor, inspection, bank fees, etc.

Holiday Returns: New Level Motor Sports extends the eligible return period from 30 to 45 days on orders placed between “Black Friday” (the Friday following Thanksgiving) and Dec 24th. All other standard return policies and procedures apply.

You must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning your item, or the return will not be accepted. To request a return, please visit the Returns Center or call customer service.

Refunds: Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it will be processed within 1 business day. Assuming there are no problems with your return, the refund will then be credited to the credit card or Paypal account you originally used. Please be aware that your bank may take 2-3 business days to post the credit to your account.
