Pre-Filters

Pre-filters are designed to keep water, large debris, sand, etc from making contact with your air filter. Pre-filters will extend the time between filter cleanings, significantly extend filter life, and help to maintain airflow and horsepower integrity. A clogged air filter loses efficiency, costing you important MPG and robbing you of the very horsepower you were seeking when you purchased your cold air intake.

Pre-filters install in seconds by simply sliding over your air filter like a sock. The pre-filter material is 100% polyester with equal mesh openings able to filter large debris and particles down to .005”, while still letting plenty of air through, meaning no drop in horsepower. A water repellent coating is also is standard on all pre-filters to help prevent against vapor lock / hydro lock.
