We all know that the whole point of a cold air intake is to get colder air to the engine. If you had a choice to pull that cold air through a hot intake tube or a cool intake tube, which would you choose??

The Cold Air Intake Heat Shield by Heatshield Products has an adjustable inside diameter from 3" to 4" so it will fit almost any air intake tube easily. Manufactured with a hook and loop seam for easy access and installation, the Cold Air Intake Heat Shield by Heatshield Products will withstand 1100 degreesF continuous radiant heat and 500 degrees F of direct (touching)heat. In other words, it will stand up to even the most intense applications. The Sleeve can be cut easily for custom applications. Also included is a roll of foil tape (1" wide x 3 Feet Long) to complete installation.
